Today I learned that Paul Donald Wight II, AKA Big Show (a WWE wrestler), had a surgery done in the 1990s on his pituitary gland to stop his acromegaly. Would it be possible to do the opposite; to induce acromegaly or gigantism by carrying out a procedure on the pituitary gland?
