Why is there no conclusive way to diagnose CTE while a person is alive? More specifically, how come the only way to diagnose CTE is to examine samples of a person's brain under a microscope? We have so much cool stuff with bioluminescence and tiny particles and shit how come we can't diagnose CTE?
