I have a i5 9500 and uhd graphics 630 with 16 gigs of ram, would I be able to run assetto Corsa?

Weird brightness dips every second when using newest versions of CSP. It's not very noticable in single screen mode, but is VERY distracting in VR. Cant find any setting that causes this. It really doestn come across well in the video, but look at the beams of the headlights, it's clearly darkening.
