Just learning this year that in addition to BP1 and ADHD, I am autistic (AuDHD?). I just turned 56 this week. It explains so much in the battle between my need for routine and order & my utter inability to organize or adhere to schedules. I suppose I should feel relieved? I know nothing about autism
