I usually don't see my first Protandrena until mid-August, so this male was a pleasant surprise yesterday. Native solitary bee in New Mexico, USA.

USA CA - Bees are frequently around our household's vehicles and garbage cans, sometimes flying into the house. I don't wish to kill them, but is there anything I can do to discourage them from being in the area?
