Need some advice. My cat has these scabs on his neck. He hasn’t been excessively scratching or biting at skin & he is indoor only. I haven’t seen any bugs, so I don’t think it could be caused from fleas. Anyone have any ideas? Please

My cat Cookie starts off grooming his brother Jack, but then bites him. Jack gets up and runs away but Cookie chases after him. This turns into fighting. How do I prevent it.
