Sent 400 emails + two follow ups and ZERO conversions. Then I called them, not mentioning the emails, using a permission-based opener. Some remembered the email, most didn't. Had 10 meaningful conversations. Sent 5 free proposals. Got 4 clients. Please critique the cold email.
