My computer keeps crashing, does anyone know why and how I can fix it?

I need help finding the right pin size of my charger. I have dell Chromebook 11 and base on what I see on Google I think it's 3120. I can't check my old charger cause I lost it and base on what's written on the laptop it is 19.5v = 3.34A/4.62A.
