I've been having this problem for a long time now and I'm having trouble turning it on. When I press it, it turns on the lights and the fans, but then it goes out and turns everything off. After a long time, it turns on normally. Can anyone help me?

I have an issue with my laptop that anytime i play a game the audio is all muffled (watch the video for an example), The weird thing is that the audio works fine for specific games like Portal 1 and 2, Half Life, The Henry Stickmin Collection and games on Dolphin. Could some one please help me?
