Hi guys I need help! I think i want to dye my hair dark brown, but am unsure. I am unsure of my skin undertones and hairtype. I think I have wavy hair.Rn now I have highlights but I’m naturally blonde. Please help!

There's isn't a place that cuts curly hair in the country where I live. If I wanted my curly hair to look like the first two pictures, would cutting my hair like the third picture work?
