Update on "the bard who refused to do anything but drink in the tavern": I created a very simple, seemingly unrelated incentive for him and now he's impulsively jumping into all kinds of action with the party.

The new Hide Action is only making Hide more useful during Combat. DMs still have the final call outside of Battles.
