How can I see ALL comments on FB ALL the time instead of "Relevant" or "Top" comments?

Facebook is terrible. Home of criminals. Useless security and countermeasures. Gullible/Uninformed people are easily prone to falling victim to scams, phishing sites and MORE. Facebook does NOTHING about it. Report it and they will do NOTHING.
