I once again bring you: Me being stupid. I don't understand oil flow, it's not reaching the other refineries, and I don't know if I should even be stacking them this way. Stupid-proof advice needed. I got (6) plastic and (6) sulfur that need oil, so I will probably double the refineries. (if needed)
