AE2 - how can I prevent items in a throw-in-water autocrafter from getting fully stuck in a corner, preventing them from being picked up?

Help needed; my game keeps going up to 10gb of ram usage, I have only 33 mods installed and it wasn't doing this before or even months ago when I started my world, it just started doing this yesterday. Idk how to fix it and I have my minecraft set to only using 4gb as it doesn't need that much.
