I recently bought these reading glasses (+1) as I was planning on changing the lenses with - diopters. But apparently I’ve been told they’re glued to the frame. Any way of taking them out without ruining the frame?

I already ask this previously. Majority of u vote for A. I just bought A last month but i regret it after my friend said that A frame is too small for my face. Is that true? C is my old one. B is my aunt's recommendation. I just bought A but don't have the confidence to wear it outside.
