Can someone explain this peculiar yοսtսbе phenomenon? I found it being prominent in some older videos from TorqueTestChannel, 1 also slightly old TheStraightPipes video and some other oddball videos here and there which I know for sure they were originally uploaded in at least 720p or 1080p?
