Buying 70 acres. The structures on the bottom are a 30x40 shop w/ concrete floors and a 30x50 barn. Has water and electric on property, no septic. I live 5 miles away, and don't plan to move immediately, but am trying to figure out the quickest way to spend weekends on site. Toilet important for kid
