I’m a new spa owner so this may be a dumb question… It says to make sure all equipment is turned off. But then it says to run the circulation system (which I’m assuming is the jets) how can I run the jets if everything has to be turned off?

I feel like I can never read test strips. Are there better ones than others or could I have a level so far off the test strip just stays the same?

It says online to not use the same measuring cup for multiple chemicals. How important is that? I’ve been using the same one for everything.
