I'm experiencing sharp shoulder blade pain that worsens when I touch this area just above my collarbone. A doctor diagnosed me with a minor C5/C6 disc bulge and cervical spondylosis but doesn’t think they’re related. Any advice or similar experiences? Thanks!

My wrist got bruises 3 days later after pain. X-ray doesn't show broken. Left clinic without an answer. Doesn't hurt much really anymore.
