How to sell a call spread?

Hi, I am beginner and I want to trade a bear call spread and IBKR is asking for the limit price here as seen in the screen grab. Since bear call involves me getting a credit, should I put the limit price with a "minus" sign "-1" because if I am putting the limit price of 1 it shows "debit"
