US Ambassador Rahm Emanuel and UK Ambassador Julia Longbottom have announced that they will not participate in Nagasaki’s Peace Memorial Ceremony on August 9th because Israeli diplomats were not invited. Both attended yesterday's ceremony in Hiroshima.
