Is this white thing a stitch? 7 weeks post op sliding genio and 10mm chin implant removal. Discomfort under lip feels like something being stretched when I open mouth - is this because of the stitch or is the scar healing?

The incision area from my genioplasty feels like chewing gum like webbing and when I open my mouth feels like something is being stretched and going to rip. Is it healing?7 weeks post op

I don't like the guy, but it's disheartening seeing someone get 50k upvotes by making fun of someone's mild jaw recession. Don't body shame someone you don't like. Innocent people are caught in the crossfire too.
