I use 1440p upscaled DLDSR, all epic settings, so will upgrading my GPU from 3060ti to 4070 super get me more frames Or upgrading my Ryzen 5 5600x to Ryzen 7 5800x3d get me more frames, I just wanted to get ur opinion on this
