Oliver Ortiz was found unresponsive at his Kansas daycare in 2016. Ortiz was taken to a hospital where he died. An autopsy noted that Ortiz had a fracture to the back of the skull that went down his spinal cord, as well as bruising. A daycare worker was convicted and later exonerated of his killing.
