TIt's been 1 year since I discovered weed, and I don't think it made my life better. I'm torn whether I should take it sparingly or quit fully.

I’ve just been drug tested(swab) after a sniffer dog made a fuss out of me at work. I smoked a FAT spliff at 10pm last night, passed the swab at 6.30 this morning. I thought my job was gone… this happened to anyone else ?
