Hey all! Just wanted to post to say I'm 26days (almost 4weeks) off weed. Im doing so much better mentally! No more paranoia or brain fog!! However I am getting super vivid dreams and nightmares. Any tips for overcoming the night terrors? (I wake up drenched in sweat) 😅💦

2 weeks no herb no nicotine no alcohol eating in a healthy caloric deficit and walking 10000 steps consistently everyday. Oh and I got promoted and I’m going through a breakup at the same time. Can someone just tell me they’re proud of me?
