Ford Dealership sold me a DELETED emissioms vehicle without my knowledge, it basically voided my warranty and the truck can't be used for DoT(towing) due to the illegal emissions system. Bought "as is" but I'm pretty sure it's illegal for them to even sell or have them on the lot. Do I have a case?
