Question: In the chapter Shadows of the Past, Gandalf states that the 3 rings were unsullied and never touched by Sauron…but if Sauron were to regain the One Ring he would have dominion over all the rings even/including this time the 3 - why?

I made a recreation, down to the meter, of Lothlórien based off The Atlas of Middle Earth and my own reading from The Two Towers. I’d love to hear how it can be improved for next time.
