Does anyone know why I can’t rent with Lyft again when trying schedule an appointment ? I been renting with them for a year and I missed my 20 minimum and when returning I was going to renew contract all was good on hertz end but they said Lyft wasn’t allowing them to let me rent again

Idk if it’s the Muslim community but every Muslim I pick up has a horrible old sock smell. Every time it never fails. Especially when it’s 2 or more ppl it’s really terrible I have to spray down my seats to get the smell out my car what type of shit is that.
