I just opened up my 2017mbp 15 inch and used a new, clean paintbrush to brush off some of the dust in the fans and down the sides. Is this a problem?

Macbook pro makes this clicking noise when even slightly touching screen. When I leave it overnight, it doesn't make this sound for a bit, but then starts making the noise after some use.
