Baby Mariah Mozingo was abducted from her mom's car on September 3 1993 at the Erdman Shopping Center parking lot, in the 3900 block of Erdman Avenue, in Baltimore, Maryland near their home. They never found Mariahs abductor and she has never been seen again. (posting here to raise awareness in comm
