Downstream O2 Sensor is reading 0v at idle. Also the lambda reading is N/A. Is the sensor bad? For reference, the car is a 2013 Mazdaspeed3 and has a p0171 lean code and a very rough idle. I checked for vacuum leaks and clean the fuel injectors but did not help.
