The only Mead I've ever made; Brewed in 2015! Just opened one of three bottles left; it has a gorgeous, sweet, honeyed nose, and the taste is very, very smooth. As far as I remember, the ABV is around 15%. Simply local, raw honey from the foothills of the Rockies. Now gearing up to make a Cyser!!
