I'm undervolting using IA AC/DC LL for the first time and I have a question. The guide I am looking at says to use cinebench to check for stability as I go down in AC LL. Shouldn't I be using P95 instead?

I'm undervolting using IA AC/DC LL for the first time and I have a question. How long should I stress test each time I drop AC LL by 0.01 (I'm starting at 0.2 with a lodeline calibration of 4-ASUS), and can I take bigger strides to feel out my undervolt ranges or is that unsafe?
