I am about to paint my bathroom, should I remove light fixtures? Do I need to sand the flat paint the builder put on? Do I need to put anything on the wall before the paint itself? Do I need to paint ceiling as well? I will use the same color but different sheen (Sherwin-Williams eggshell or satin).
