Saw this poor Amazon at the Cincinnati Jungle Jim's Petland. Staff told me he was fine. He was sitting with his eyes closed, feathers puffed, shaking, and not reacting the whole few minutes I was there. Poor fella doesn't even have much of a tail... 😤
