Anyone know how to fix this issue? Recently had to uninstall a windows update due to it conflicting with my fan controller now this is coming up everytime I try to open start menu.

When I boot siege it CLOSES other games my PC CAN run both games at the same time and the other game is not on steam. ANY FIXES ? (PC)
