The Delaware County Advocacy & Resource Organization is working on a project called "Interrupting the Handprints to Handcuffs Trajectory" project based in PA. The goal is to address the preschool-prison-to-prison-pipeline that stems from disproportionate disciplinary action that isn't effective.
