Okay sooo. Im from south asia and got my nose pierced with a needle and thread, it went perfect. But something i forgot to do was to twist the thread and now its kind of stuck? I got it pierced like 2 weeks ago and its healing right. But i just dont know how to remove the thread after 4 weeks
