I placed a hoop around 18g in a 20g Butterfly back piercing 24k Gold with a gun and I forced the hoop in it wasn’t wbut I did it and after a couple days a huge knot former beside the hoop full of bodily fluids which I cleaned with alcohol swabs and advanced wound care bump stayed
