I have a third lobe piercing I’ve had since I was 3 and am coming up on 2/3 years of having it but I changed it to soon from a 20g 24k Gold butterfly fly back stud and cleaning with alcohol swabs and studex piercing solution to an 18g clicker hoop which caused my ear to develop a huge bump on it
