How do you stay calm before important scans?

Lower stomach cramps- when I’m not moving I don’t have any cramps, but if I get up or sit back down I have a sharp little cramp in the very bottom of my stomach. I’m 11 weeks. Anyone ever experience this? My first doctor appt is next week.
