2nd Circuit upheld the conviction of a federal prison guard who repeatedly raped an inmate assigned to clean his office. The 10-year sentence imposed, however, did not give enough weight to the “full range” of the guard’s offenses, so the matter of sentencing is remanded for reconsideration
