Are some pugs just skinny? My pup is almost 1 year old and he is kinda tall and skinny. I was hoping he would get fatter so he can’t escape through the gaps in our fence. He hadn’t been neutered yet, next month he is scheduled. No idea if that has anything to do with it. Thanks!
