1 kratom extract per day for the past month to month and half...What kind of hell am I in for?? I gave gabapentin and Seroquel to help. Its been 30 hours and I have some body chills..but nothing too severe, I also have red vein kratom capsules to help as well...

Been taking kratom for 2 years roughy about 10 g a day looking for tips for quitting, live a very busy lifestyle, work gym , so kratom has always been a great help just feel as if it’s getting abit much now , any tips or advice would be appreciated
