Those who work in HR...if an employee referral previously walked off the job. Would it be fair to say any future applicants using that same employee referral probably would not get hired?

THEY DIDNT EVEN CONTACT ME. This is the only type of email I get, from most of the places I apply for, with the rest just ghosting me. This is fucking BS.
