This is my new big boy “Sudan plated lizard “any one have any experience with it ? It’s nice and calm but feed very little amount so is that normal or there is some thing wrong ?

Baby retic (under three months) has lump on her back. She just shed, has pooped and ate on friday. She has been on oral meds for ri/mouth rot but only oral so that shouldn't have caused it. I just had taken her to the vet two weeks ago. Should I be concerned about it?
