My tracked wasn’t delivered. I’ve got this odd photo but he didn’t hand any such parcel over, just letters and there’s no picture of the parcel in the pic- or the letters. What do I do about this?

Royal Mail says item delivered, shows wrong parcel and buyer said they never got it

Internation Delivery says delivered but it has the delivery photo as the depot.
