Multiple urinary metals play key role in cardiovascular disease. the six-metal mixture including cadmium, tungsten, uranium, copper, cobalt, and zinc was associated with a 29% increased risk of cardiovascular disease and a 66% increased risk of death over the study follow up of 18 years.
