In Godzilla x Kong: The new Empire (2024), Godzilla reaches the top of the rock of Gibraltar, and nosedives into the sea a few hundred meters away from the city. The tsunami caused will probably kill everyone in the very populated city below, but they're not important to the plot so who cares.
